Frequently asked questions
What exactly does Konnected Kollective do?
We serve as your Owner’s Technology Representative—embedding into your organization to lead, align, and coordinate all venue technology decisions. Instead of fragmented efforts across departments, we create one unified strategy that connects operations, fan experience, revenue, security, ticketing, and sponsorship.
How are you different from a traditional technology consultant?
Traditional consultants provide recommendations and step away. We integrate directly into your team and stay involved throughout the entire lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution and optimization. We don’t just advise—we ensure alignment, accountability, and results.
When should we bring you in?
The earlier, the better. Ideally, we’re involved at the start of a new build, renovation, or major initiative. However, we also add significant value during mid-project corrections, vendor transitions, contract renewals, or technology audits.
Do you work with existing vendors or replace them?
We work with your existing vendors whenever possible. Our role is to align, optimize, and ensure they are delivering value. If gaps are identified, we help evaluate and recommend alternatives—but always with your best interest as the priority.
What types of venues do you work with?
We specialize in sports and entertainment environments, including stadiums, arenas, live event venues, multi-purpose complexes, and large-scale entertainment spaces where multiple systems and stakeholders must work together seamlessly.
